Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message.

Merchandise purchases: Our Shop page is powered by Shopify. When you make a purchase, your order information — including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details — is collected and processed directly by Shopify on its platform, subject to Shopify's own privacy policy (available at shopify.com/legal/privacy). We receive order details from Shopify so we can fulfill your purchase, but we never see or store your full payment card information.

Information collected automatically: When you visit this site, we automatically collect standard analytics information, including the pages you visit, the site or ad that referred you (including campaign tags such as UTM parameters), your device and browser type, and anonymous visitor and session identifiers. We do not collect your precise location.

Cookies, Pixels, and Embedded Content

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors use this site. Meta may receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and actions you take (for example, signing up for our email list). Shopify sets its own cookies on our Shop page to power the store and checkout experience.

With your permission, we use OneSignal to send browser push notifications. You can disable these at any time in your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: send you email updates about new music, videos, shows, and merchandise; fulfill and communicate with you about merchandise orders; respond to messages you send us; understand which ads and pages bring visitors to the site; and improve the site and our marketing. We record the date and time of your email signup as a record of your consent.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site: our website hosting and database platform; Shopify, which operates our merchandise store and processes purchases; Meta, for advertising measurement as described above; and IONOS and Microsoft, the email services we use to send you updates and correspond with you. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us.

Email Communications

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time, and we will honor your request promptly. You may also email us at info@roxy-blue.com to unsubscribe.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email us at info@roxy-blue.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

For purchase information held by Shopify, you may also contact us and we will coordinate with Shopify to honor your request, or you can contact Shopify directly.

Data Retention

We keep subscriber information for as long as you remain on our email list. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your information from active use, retaining only what is needed to honor your opt-out. Order records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@roxy-blue.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
